Azuracast. Not quite as powerful but much easier to run. Also Linux, although you can tinker to get it running under Windows. It would run well in a cloud host like Linode or Digital Ocean, which might mean you don’t need a relay service like Alon depending on how many listeners you have. You can also host it at home of course.
A few other pieces of software that might help: BUTT - a Shoutcast streaming app for Windows (to get your sound to a Shoutcast relay). OBS to stream (warning - if you use copywritten music and try to stream on YouTube or Twitch, you’ll get a copywrite strike quickly). Voicemeeter Banana which helps me connect all this together (plus send sound to my low power FM transmitter).
