  Ennuicastr is a system for recording multiple users distributed across the world in a well-synchronized way, without significant loss, over the web.

  

If your interface's inputs show as channels to the PC, then in ultra-HQ (FLAC) mode, Ennuicastr ( https://ecastr.com/ ) can record every channel separately. The user in question just has to set "channels" to "all" in the input settings. It'll still be one (multi-channel) track, but any standard audio editor can split that track into one track per channel.
