    • Are you sure you actually logged in, and entered your 2 factor authentication as once you do that you should see a list of devices. Also are you using the beta or the last release, if the last release I would switch to the beta. Then if you have problems post to the page here under issues https://github.com/homebridge-eufy-security/plugin/wiki for the plugin as they would know. Also reading through the issues tab you might find yours and a solution.
