~ The Berlin upgrade is now confirmed to be launching on 14 April. There was earlier talk of March, but this isn't realistic given the aim to deploy through the various testnets prior to launch. I think this is a solid, pragmatic compromise that helps to ensure the release is sound and properly communicated to the community without adding too much undue delay.
