Make a list of every single possible password, birthday, or hint and save it for later. A passphrase can be bruteforced. You will likely have to pay a company to attempt a recovery. See here. Before that, I would give yourself some time and try again and make sure you are putting the seed in the correct order and aren't forgetting if you did any weird things like writing the seed backwords.
