Sure. You can easily set up an ssh server with a Mac or set up a cheap one via digital ocean or linode. Personally, for my limited use, I use a raspberry pi. But any computer should work and with port forwarding or a properly configured VPN, you could access is outside your network. To truly use blink shell, or any ssh app, you should be comfortable using the command line.
