How does moderating www.speedrun.com work? Do the moderators actually watch each submission from beginning to end to verify each speedrun? What if there are many submissions for 100% BotW? Do they actually sit through the entire speedrun to verify if you actually got 100%?

  A tool for retiming speedruns down to the millisecond.

I always retime runs as someone can pause their timer or start/stop too early or too late. Sometimes the timer in the video is just over a second barrier but the video says .997 or the other way around. I use this retiming tool for youtube videos but for twitch highlights I just round it to the second and if their timer is within that margin I'll just allow it.
