Look at your repo link you didn't deliver the dead simple promise, why do I have to call require("no-neck-pain").setup(), that's an extra step that I don't want to do if I wanna try your plugin, setup function should be optional. Take my fsread plugin for example, the selling point is a single source in plugin/ and nothing else.
Make a PR to "This Week In Neovim". Although it will probably be added anyways, this certainly helps maintaining newsletter.
That was a good reminder for me to update grapple.nvim! A couple notes about the showcase:
Speaking from my catppuccin/nvim experience, 900 stars to 1800 stars in 5 months definitely did not come only from word of mouth, but many attempts to advertise, all with more than 100 upvotes (Before I deleted my accounts) so I feel like I have some authority to review. Before I start, feel free to disagree with my points, we can discuss them :)

Duplicated idea, while it is true that your plugin does center buffer without hiding tabline or statusline, I can do the same in true-zen with 2 lines of configuration). In this case what I would want to strike for is making a very simple script.
Do you mean this one? https://github.com/danilo-augusto/vim-afterglow, looks pretty nice! I expect there would be a .nvim version somewhere.
