    • Hello gang, I'm putting the finishing touches on my first hackintosh in a long time, and for the most part everything has gone much better than expected! I'm just tidying up a few loose ends, and one that has been eluding me has been that shutdown restarts the machine instead of actually shutting it down. The Opencore guide has a section on this but it isn't very detailed, this Github guide by Koala166 is a lot more helpful, but I still got stuck. Basically, my USB Controller has two AHCI paths, and I can't figure out how to deal with that. The GitHub guide suggests that I can duplicate the code block in the fixshutdown aml, but doing that leads to a compiler error, and I can't find any guides or forum posts or anything that mention a device having multiple AHCI paths.
