File managers soldiers, im trying to find the best way to storage pdfs and at the same time possible to search for words in all of them. Can Zotero do that ?
If your PDF is not OCRed (that is, doesn't have a text layer), then it can't be indexed or searched. There's a plugin for Zotero that OCRs PDFs, but I've never used it. There are also independent OCR solutions as well.
