ZenTao VS TaskBoard

Remote tools are must-haves for team collaboration. For instant messaging, our team use Vocal which includes phone and video conferencing. For project management, we use ZenTao, a self-hosted Jira alternative, which allows remote teams to be on the same page.

Not sure about the terminology but check out Zentao it's similar to Jira, has Kanban and is easy to setup.

I think you may be lost. This subreddit is for an open source project called TaskBoard (https://github.com/kiswa/TaskBoard), not the Google Tasks Board thing (which is what I'm assuming you're referring to).
