is it possible to code a x86 emulator (8088) in VB.NET?
Somebody did that already if it helps: https://github.com/morphx666/x8086NetEmu (don't worry about their mouse support most emulators struggle with that since back then mouses were seen like how RTX3080 is seen by us now even if emulation is right maybe the application gets it wrong)
