- How can I sideload an app from unknown sources on wsa? I don’t have an android, just WSA . I downloaded an APK from Google play . But it won’t install. It’s a free app it doesn’t even have an app purchase. Somewhere I read that needs to be installed as unknown source. How can I install this app?

This little portable app (300 kb) allows you to install APK into your Windows Subsystem for Android
Just use wsa_pacman instead
I use WSA Pacman for this. It’s not portable, but it can be installed through winget and associates .apk and .xapk with the application, so installs are as simple as double-clicking the apk download. It also comes with adb embedded, so there’s no need to also download the sdk platform tools.
