wp-graphql-acf VS acf-composer

Hey dude, I've actually recently just done the same and the way I did it it was to install two more plugins on the WordPress instance - advanced custom fields wp-graphql-acf (https://github.com/wp-graphql/wp-graphql-acf) - this allows you to define custom content fields for pages /posts so you can define your content that way rather than having to pre-define it in HTML

ACF builder is indeed the way to go. Used that and https://github.com/Log1x/acf-composer when used in combination with Sage 10.

I think Wordpress is a fine starting point. You could also checkout a project called Sage => https://roots.io/sage/ + their other tools such as trellis (helps with local/production env setup). Also whenever i am building a website/app with Wordpress, i tend to avoid page builders and just use ACF (you can then use https://github.com/Log1x/acf-composer to easily create Gutenberg blocks, custom fields etc.)
