v1.0.0 foundry 10 support, UI, lots of features, and CWN support!! - Also now the default (unofficial) foundry SWNR system.

Looking for folks to test changes for FoundryVTT SWNR System
Shock Damage. There is a system flag that will show shock damage in the log (and give it also as flavor text regardless). The log entry is to work with my modification of the chatdamage button https://github.com/wintersleepAI/chatdamageswnr. Shock damage shows up in the hover text for weapon rolling in the character sheet. This likely needs more testing
