Don't try to trade it back to ETH/USDC, just go to https://app.compound.finance/ on your CB wallet dapp browser and call withdraw. It will take some gas and unwrap your initial deposit + earnings to your wallet

How do I lend on Ledger Live?
You can now choose to lend any assets you own in your Ethereum address! Please note that the Lend feature in Ledger Live only allows you to lend the following ERC20 tokens: DAI, USDT, and USDC. You can use https://app.compound.finance/ to lend other assets, but you won't be able to manage them from Ledger Live.
