California bill would require patches or refunds when online games shut down
I think the Peacock servers are what you're looking for. https://thepeacockproject.org/

Id there a rotation or in other words are elusive targets still available for hitman 1 ?
I've read that The Peacock Project - a drop-in server replacement for the trilogy - allows players to access past Elusive Targets in any of the three games.
- TIL you can destroy cameras by throwing tools/objects on them - I play since Hitman 2016
-
Don't pick "No Damage" for Hardcore "Perfect Run."
But I'm also playing on Peacock, so that might have something to do with it.

How?
But then again, I'm playing on Peacock, so that might have something to do with it. (Wouldn't be the first time that a mod is more stable than the original game...)

I got Hitman, and it asks me for my email or it will lock me out of some features...
You could always try the Peacock Project, its what speed runners use to unlock all of the items for runs. It makes it fair so that any time gated content is still accessible for runs etc.

Since Hitman 2 is delisted, will the elusive target be available again in the future? (for Hitman 2 direct game not World of Assassination)
I believe the only way to access past Elusive Targets in HITMAN 2 is through Peacock
-
FOMO type games have the opposite effect on me. I'm embracing missing out.
Hoping the Peacock Project gets good enough to where it's a seamless re-integration of all of the short-lived content that they continuously cut out of the game.

An old man plays catchup and has questions
\3. I used to clear out NPCs in Blood Money using coins, melee weapons, and light switches. Even easier then because accident kills on non-targets didn't ruin SA. \8. If you're at all interested in having more suits, there's 16 to unlock by completing Elusive Targets and 5 in Freelancer (not counting the DLCs). One of them is the Blood Money suit. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2725872637 Unless you're using the Peacock server on PC, then you can unlock everything instantly.
