Thinking about this a bit more, if I wanted to scratch my own itch… there’s a nice VS Code plug-in called Qalc [1] which I could probably build an iOS interface around and use Syncthing/Möbius Sync…

I made a free web-based notepad with a built in calculator that will accept calculations like "2500kcal / 1 day in hp" or "£320 + 20% in USD"

Hehe, that's awesome, so glad to hear that! Mathjs is really great with units out of the box, and they also have a custom unit feature that I may use in the future to beef up the unit library.
