In GitHub Actions, is there a way to post compiler warnings as PR review comments?

In GitHub Actions, is there a way to post compiler warnings as PR review comments?
You could also use a tool like this which fails the build based on the NUMBER of warnings, using your current number as a baseline: https://github.com/MicrosoftPremier/VstsExtensions/blob/master/BuildQualityChecks/en-US/WarningsPolicy.md, and present a message such as “N new compiler warnings were detected with your changeset”.
