Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

There are but they are not supporting writing tests in vim9script (you can still test vim9scripts with them). Something like https://github.com/thinca/vim-themis but there are few more.

Is it possible to goto certain line number when opening file with vim with "filename:line_number" pattern?
I use kopischke/vim-fetch for it. It works very well together with https://github.com/tmux-plugins/tmux-open when I need to jump to a failing tests, for instance
