Seems quitte similar to https://github.com/hrsh7th/vim-searchx, although in your case you are using ":" then the label, instead of capital letters as the label.

FAVOURITE PLUGINS
You could check https://github.com/hrsh7th/vim-searchx or https://github.com/rlane/pounce.nvim. I think they are more intuitive for most people, are closer to the original search behavior and still allow you to keep your eyes on the target.

A fairly new one : https://github.com/hrsh7th/vim-searchx . I wanted that augmented search for so long, but until now I was just using a hack with hop.nvim. I think it is one of the best tool for text navigation:
