Is it possible to goto certain line number when opening file with vim with "filename:line_number" pattern?

A micro plugin for highlighting yanked text in Vim9.
There are but they are not supporting writing tests in vim9script (you can still test vim9scripts with them). Something like https://github.com/thinca/vim-themis but there are few more.
What are some alternatives?
nap.nvim - Quickly move between next and previous NeoVim buffer, tab, file, quickfix, diagnostic, etc.
vim-highlight-yanked - Highlight yanked text for Vim9 in less than 100 lines of code.
mini.nvim - Library of 35+ independent Lua modules improving overall Neovim (version 0.7 and higher) experience with minimal effort
vim-highlightedyank - Make the yanked region apparent!
tmuxjump.vim - A plugin to open file from file paths printed in sibling tmux pane
vim-ctrlspace - Vim Space Controller
vim-colorscheme-switcher - Makes it easy to quickly switch between color schemes in Vim
lsp - Language Server Protocol (LSP) plugin for Vim9
vim-copy-as-rtf - Copy syntax-highlighted code from vim to the OS X clipboard as RTF text
vim-stay - Make Vim persist editing state without fuss
tmux-open - Tmux key bindings for quick opening of a highlighted file or url
vim-swap - Reorder delimited items.
