nvim-lightbulb: Code action 💡 for neovim's built-in LSP.
The one at the top is the :h tabline. You can build your own without any plugins, but I use vim-crystalline to make my life easier.

Can't get nvim_exec to work.
My final goal is actually to use multiple lines to set some configs that I cannot set in Lua. Namely: the configurations for vim-crystalline

Did you post an issue on GitHub? The library author has been exceptionally quick to respond to bugs and reports like this in my experience.
