UTAU's audio and Oto keeps corrupting
UTAUs are pretty case-by-case on what resamplers work with them lol. For soft voices, I've noticed that TIPS and macres both work quite well, though macres is a little hard to get, so I'll link it here: https://github.com/titinko/macres
