Boost Your JavaScript with JSDoc Typing
With these powerful features, you can create dynamic and expressive types. One last thing I want to mention before moving on, is that you can install libraries with which you can add more types to your project like type-fest or utility-types. These libraries contain a lot of useful types that you can use in your project.

I am guessing that since it does not exists as an built in type, in utility-types, or in ts-toolbelt that it currently isn't possible.

Oh my god I hate JavaScript libraries that do this
Well funny you say that because dts-gen is Microsoft's official tool for creating definition files.. Microsoft/dts-gen on GitHub. It's also in their DefinitelyTypedTools monorepo. So I'd imagine it is at least supposed to do something that tsc doesn't.... Though using the actual compiler seems like a more obvious choice.
What are some alternatives?
ts-toolbelt - 👷 TypeScript's largest type utility library
quantize - A node.js module for color quantization, based on Leptonica.
type-fest - A collection of essential TypeScript types
color.js - Color conversion & manipulation library by the editors of the CSS Color specifications
ts-essentials - All essential TypeScript types in one place 🤙
dts-gen - dts-gen creates starter TypeScript definition files for any module or library.
meta - Meta discussions and unicorns. Not necessarily in that order.
DefinitelyTyped - The repository for high quality TypeScript type definitions.
markdown-here - Google Chrome, Firefox, and Thunderbird extension that lets you write email in Markdown and render it before sending.
pipe-function - A function to pipe a value through a number of transforms
JSDoc - An API documentation generator for JavaScript.
