    If your app has a compiled thing in it (an exe, dll, etc.) or otherwise minified code, then you absolutely, 100% must include the original source! This repo, for example, claims that it changes your mouse cursor. But I can't see what the code is for that DLL! What if it breaks my machine, either through malice or incompetence? If the code is proprietary, then the repo as a whole should not be public in the first place!
