Apply, apply, apply, and then, apply again
so i ran through the easy apply website in like 3 days, it's not 1 click but they are greenhouse and job lever apps which imo are pretty fast to fill out. as far as apps like workday and ICIMS that require you to sign up i probably do around 5-10 of those a day. they are just too time-consuming, I made a docx version of my resume that parses well for those sort of apps but it still feels tedious so i try to avoid them unless i really fit the job desc and the posting is very recent.
