Twitter is being evicted from its Boulder office over unpaid rent
All links on your platform being broken generally is more than a client error in React. And it went a bit further than images showing up as colors. Users couldn't log in or out, or actually interact with tweets. Come on now. That's not broken? Every API user was getting requests bounced with {"errors":[{"message":"Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint, please see https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api for more information","code":467}]} and that's a client error to you?

Every link on Twitter is broken right now | Engadget
Links and images are completely busted on Twitter at the minute across the company's website and mobile apps. Clicking on one brings up an error message that reads "Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint, please see https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api for more information." As it happens, that link is broken at the time of writing. On top of that, the same error message is popping up for some users when they try to access TweetDeck.

A guide to teaching with the Twitter API v2
Many researchers share their research datasets (Tweet IDs) on Github etc. An example of such a dataset is the COVID-19-Dataset from Emily Chen. Some professors have their students hydrate such datasets using a tool like DocNow's Hydrator and use those in their classroom.
-
[R]: Twitter Data crawling for research
Generally, public releases of Twitter data include the tweet ids, and users of the dataset can then "rehydrate" those tweets using the Twitter API to retrieve the text and content.
