Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

looking for a script to monitor a channel (not mine) and to reply on specific keyword.
If you know the basics of js you could build a simple monitoring service with TwitchJS https://github.com/twitch-js/twitch-js but there is basicly a lib for every language.

also I think tmijs has a hardcoded message rate limit so you can't spam as fast. if you still want to use a script instead of the site then maybe use dank-twitch-irc instead of tmijs since it lets you spam faster
