For the past year, Twilio Video has also offered Quick Deploy options. These are quick-deployment video applications to enable developers to cut the time for app creation and operation. These include screen sharing, network, and speaker quality detection.

Do you have any public React code-bases that you look to as good examples of a large project?

You seem to be doing more there than in our reference application. I’m not sure you need to load and play, for example. You could probably get away with adding the autoplay attribute to your video element instead. Have you heard about Feature-Sliced Design? I have personally found it extremely helpful as the project grows larger, though it can have a bit of a learning curve
