AFAIR for swapping ETH to USDC you don't need to do anything before. The other way around (USDC to ETH) I think you need to give an allowance for the dex to use your USDC so it can swap it back to ETH. You can later remove these allowances on https://tac.dappstar.io or https://revoke.cash

I believe so. There's a number of them you can use like https://revoke.cash/ and https://tac.dappstar.io/. Full disclosure... I've not used used any of them, but they were recommended when I was looking into it a while back.
