How do you organize programming notes?
I place all independent notes in my Obsidian vault's root directory and add a manual link in the note to the topic. I then create a topic note (if required) under the MOC directory (Map of the Content) which auto-links all incoming notes, people, and books & courses for that topic using DataView. I don't use tags anywhere as linking works for me.
