Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

This is awesome, im looking forward to reading through the code later because I've contributed to smartpde's neosopes plugin - which combined with Telescope does a very similar thing. I added support for parsing scopes from `workspaces` defined in package.json files (if it exists in your project's root directory).
