Mascot Capsule Emu
There is an experimental fork of J2ME-Loader that adds support for this, but last time I tested it it was slow and quite incomplete. You can find it here, but I don't know if it's currently in a playable state.

Is the Sony version of Deep: Submarine Odyssey available anywhere?

Mobile Java Games
Too bad the best versions of Fishlabs games was on Sony Ericsson mobiles due usage of their proprietary MascotCapsule 3D api, and the only reasonable way to play them now is woesss JL-mod (the fork of J2me Loader)
