taskcafe VS officelife

I use a self hosted alternative to Trello named Taskcafé, it may not be the best tool for that but I use it regularly so why not for this

TaskCafe looks promising as a Trello alternative especially looking at the roadmap.

I’ve not used Lattice before, so may be off the mark here, but sounds like OfficeLife may be at least in the same ballpark.

https://github.com/officelifehq/officelife might cover what you need, it's from the folks who made Monica, but I haven't tried it yet, and it's a bit "larger" than your use case calls for.
