You can inject scripts using the Serious' GSC injector, he made a video here on how to use it. For what I'm using, it's the same default fly mode in his default project, but I'm removing the out of world death barrier to visit the MP/BR maps, you can find my scripts here

Are there any vanilla servers for Cod4x on Steam?
What I would recommend if you can't find a vanilla server is to install these bots which can give a somewhat realistic game feel if you put them at the right skill level.
