Distributed computing in Nim
I have set up the workers on a lan network and can connect to them using ssh. I cloned the SSH2 repo and with a few modifications got it working again. However setting up a job scheduler and distributing the tasks is getting to be a bit too much for me.

Has anyone got ssh working in nim under Windows and how did you do it?
Actually you're a bit wrong, Nimble always installs the latest tag by default if it's available, even if you supplied a URL. To install the newest commit, you need to do nimble install https://github.com/ba0f3/ssh2.nim@#head, or just nimble install ssh2@#head since it's in Nimble anyway.

SSH Port Forwarding in Rust
You'll likely need to make use of the `ssh` or `ssh2` crate, depending on whether you want to use `libssh` or `libssh2` (two different libraries) for the SSH protocol. Then, if you choose `libssh`, you'll need to port https://github.com/codinn/libssh/blob/master/examples/sshnetcat.c and if you choose `libssh` you'll need to port https://github.com/libssh2/libssh2/blob/master/example/tcpip-forward.c to Rust.
