Minimal web framework (ie. "flask for haskell")
yesod is actually a very nice minimalistic library. The batteries are included but you don't have to put them in.

Confused about design of Yesod form API
Disagree that DIY means you should do Spock (which has far more complicated type-level machinery) or scotty (which forces more of a Haskell understanding of things and loses a lot of type safety benefits). Building a minimal DIY experience with Yesod is rather pleasant - while the default experience with the templates is batteries-included, you're absolutely free to start from scratch and have a minimal site which still has good type safety and smart defaults for a lot of web stuff.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing sqlite-easy and yesod-minimal you can also consider the following projects:
snap - Top-level package for the official Snap Framework libraries, includes the snaplets API as well as infrastructure for sessions, auth, and templates.
scotty - Haskell web framework inspired by Ruby's Sinatra, using WAI and Warp (Official Repository)
