Spring Boot with MyBatis: [Link] (MyBatis isn't very commonly used, although I've had contact with Chinese students that say they learn primarily MyBatis in university, so might apply to other countries as well.)

What's the best site like overleaf except not for latex but for coding?
Aside from generators probably better idea is github. It is full of simple "real life" example apps this and that. They are not obviously actually real life, but give you an idea how you could approach structuring your code. For example https://github.com/gothinkster/spring-boot-realworld-example-app not related to python or anything you mentioned, but there are a lot of these for probably all languages and frameworks.

Please send me your open source production Express API code!
I've always thought this was a pretty good place to see how frameworks look in a 'real-world' way. https://github.com/gothinkster/realworld Since each repo is a clone of Medium.com you can see how expressjs compares to NestJS, or Laravel or Spring, etc.

Is there anything like ASP.NET Razor templates for login, register, manage account and others in Spring framework?
Nothing like that specifically, but you're looking for Spring/Spring Boot + Spring Web MVC. I doesn't do this stuff out of the box in a pre-packaged thing, but there's templates/quick guides out there. You can look for Maven archetypes or just go for the tried and true "real world app" https://github.com/gothinkster/spring-boot-realworld-example-app

Boilerplate for API only product
If you are looking for a typescript one, I used the following boilerplate in one of my projects and it works fine and fast(after some improvements): https://github.com/santiq/bulletproof-nodejs

Project file structure and best practices you follow for a express app.
https://github.com/santiq/bulletproof-nodejs - it has an article linked in it's README going into a lot of detail around the architecture / structure.
- Examples of APIs that follows the best practices and are production ready on Github?
- Good code example of advanced CRUD project?

Clean and Basic Node.js Express.js template.
The express.js official website makes use of the express-generator library which is not bad but hasn't been updated since 2019. But personally, I build my folder structure based on Bulletproof node but I don't have as much library as the creator does at all but just focus on the overall folder structure

https://github.com/santiq/bulletproof-nodejs but you need to tweak it way more than the react one and testing isn't done on it
