Yes, rankedftw is broken. You can use other ladder trackers like https://www.nephest.com/sc2/, https://nonapa.com/, and https://starcraft.zone/en. If you want to track in-game stats and improve, then I highly recommend https://sc2replaystats.com/, it parses your replays and shows in-depth stats.

You can find your real league by using target league %. You can find your top% on many ladder trackers like sc2pulse nonapa or rankedftw (broken most of the time). If you are using sc2pulse, then you can just hover over your team's league to find your real league(based on top%).

Rankedftw has cn stats only at the moment. The only ladder tracker that has stats for all regions is https://www.nephest.com/sc2 . You can also see fresh data for multiple regions on https://starcraft.zone/en and http://sc2revealed.com/ (it has stale data sometimes, but is should be very reliable soon afaik)
