Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.

Databases. Does anyone create their own database of sales/ market data primarily and if so what system do you use. ie excel, access, or some other purpose made solution?
I've been writing out csv's until I found this plug in last month. https://github.com/shuchkin/simplexlsxgen. Super easy library for writing out to xlsx files. You give it an array and it writes the file. Happy to learn there are other appraisers using real data tools.
