Help with flow to check license expirations
At that point you may need to look into combining the report with a flow, and using a tool such as https://github.com/sfdx-mass-action-scheduler/sfdx-mass-action-scheduler to help automate it. But why would you need to notify the end users that their license is expiring, isn't that an IT/Salesforce Admin/Procurement dept issue? End users in the org can't renew their sfdc license, that is up to the org owner/sfdc admin to do.

Am I screwed? Trying to update knowledge articles via the Data Loader.
If you can get the articles you want into a report or SOQL query you can do this with Mass Action Scheduler.

Process Builder - Notification 4 days before Closed Date
Take a look at Mass Action Scheduler, you build the schedule in the tool, then use a report/list view/SOQL to pass a record one by one into a PB or flow. https://github.com/douglascayers-org/sfdx-mass-action-scheduler

Assigning A Date Field To Null In Flow Builder
Planning to run this Autolaunched Flow using a scheduled Mass Action Scheduler configuration ( https://github.com/douglascayers-org/sfdx-mass-action-scheduler ). I have another beauty running like this, therefore I'm quite sure it's gonna work.
