Data science workspace I have always dreamed about...
I have created a workspace for my data science projects and NGS pipelines. Contains RStudio, Jupyter Notebook, VSCode, and a file manager. It can use docker in docker and singularity and connect to the Tailscale network to bypass firewalls, thus allowing it to work from anywhere.
