How high is the demand for an open source WebSDR Project?
This might be a big ask but I would love some better software for streaming trunked radio systems, I'm using sdrtrunk to stream to broadcastify, but it requires running a whole desktop environment and I feel like it's a ton of overhead for nothing
- Suspect in custody according to scanner radio! Not confirmed, but they are talking about medics being sent out. He was found in Huger.

DSD+ any similiar?
A second vote for SDRTrunk. I typically don't use a Windows computer, but fired one up to try DSD+, and man, that seemed like a lot of work to get something working that didn't decode traffic all that reliably.

Digital mobile radio.
SDR Trunk. It's java so it should work with any OS that supports JVM

Is Unitrunker and DSD plus different? I hope so because I couldn't get DSD plus to work! Wanna try UT!
Might wanna give SDRTrunk a whirl, I found it infinitely easier to set up than Unitrunker.

DM-1701 Help
It's worth mentioning that for trunked P25 systems, the voice channels are often spread out so they span more spectrum than the ~2.4 MHz bandwidth of an RTL-SDR, so you won't be able to monitor both the control channel and any voice channels that are too far away from it. I have had reasonable success decoding my county's trunked P25 public safety system with sdrtrunk and two RTL-SDRs, but that still only covers about 4.8 MHz of spectrum, so there are still channels that can't be received. I am considering upgrading to an SDR dongle with wider receive bandwidth (some will do 6 or 10 MHz, IIRC) so that sdrtrunk will be able to receive the control channel and any voice channels, and stop telling me it couldn't receive something because it didn't have a tuner available.

Hardware accelerated Discord streaming with game audio?
Is there a better solution out there? Just found pipewire-screenaudio, a Firefox extension for streaming with audio. Can Firefox stream with hardware acceleration?

What are some other interesting applications for [digital] terrestrial radio (in service of bolstering support for amateur radio)?

Pipewire Screenaudio: Firefox extension for transmitting audio nodes through WebRTC
Original Thread Github Repo Firefox Addon
I love both WebCord and discord-screenaudio, but for me and a lot of my friends, streaming using any chromium application is a laggy mess, especially when streaming games! In result, I built this extension which feeds audio nodes to WebRTC streams, currently only works with Firefox and Pipewire. I have packaged it for NixOS, but I need package maintainers for other distros too. Anyone willing to help by packaging the native part of the extension or just contributing to the project, is welcome!
What are some alternatives?
op25 - Fork of osmocom OP25 by boatbod
IceDOS - A C🥶🥶l NixOS configuration, based on my needs. Uses Hyprland by default.
sdrangel - SDR Rx/Tx software for Airspy, Airspy HF+, BladeRF, HackRF, LimeSDR, PlutoSDR, RTL-SDR, SDRplay RSP1 and FunCube
weewx - WeeWX code repository
op25-docker - dockerized build of op25
