You can drag the images into the pngInfo Tab or use the https://github.com/zanllp/sd-webui-infinite-image-browsing plugin. I would recommend the plugin, since it also allows sending images to various parts (img2img, img2text, extras) of A1111.

This was my go to tool in A1111 ( https://github.com/ashen-sensored/sd_webui_SAG ) to get more skin detail in photo portraits and cure some of the artifacts in the background. Works also flawlessly with FreeU if you adjust settings.

SAG Extension + Console command - Not sure what it is, but it definitely makes my pics better (mostly) https://github.com/ashen-sensored/sd_webui_SAG
Upscale study - from 768px. Original -> x2(512tile) -> x2(512tile) -> x3(512tile) -> x1(1200tile). Anyone experimented with different parameters workflows much?

Check out Sebastian's ControlNet Tile/Ultimate Upscale method. All made with 512 tiles but when guided with Controlnet tiles there is consistency and no hallucination. This image is 2000x4000.

You can get those settings by using SAG but I'm not sure what steps to take to get it working as I haven't installed it myself yet, I just knew the terms from another Reddit thread.
