Roots.io SAGE Pro WooCommerce Theme?
The here are no dependencies really you can install woocommerce and get vanilla Woo up and running with no real changes, the issue just comes making blade templates for the template overrides. But that is pretty straightforward. If you want that handled for you you can look into a package like https://github.com/generoi/sage-woocommerce if you have specific questions I may be able to help, have done woocommerce on Sage 9 and actually am starting a woo on Sage 10 here in a month or so.

How come the WooCommerce 'Storefront' theme has such a messy CSS? Am I missing something?
If you plan on making many modifications to the theme, you can build it from source. This means you see human-readable CSS and can modify it, then build it into an optimized version on your WordPress website. WooCommerce releases the theme here: https://github.com/woocommerce/storefront
