Seedbox "best" practice
For your first problem of accidentally deleting cross-seeding content, you could use programs that first scan and see if the data truly doesn't have a torrent associated with it. I usually run this program:https://github.com/Magicalex/rtorrent-cleaner Before deleting anything.
