Microsoft has the RoosterJS editor and the associated roosterjs-react package. Might be a little heavy for your purposes; it's designed to be highly flexible and customizable, so it takes a bit of setup to get it going.

how to display users text input to sepearte retangle like on the left, so that later they can download the image with all the rectangle box with text seperate? Jsfiddle link in comment of how far I got
