Here is a list of games with level of playability. Your game is not listed but it might give you some indication on other games and tweaking settings. However this list says the first one runs well on rg351 which is a weaker device so I'd would tend to think you're clear :)

An alternative is to download game setting files from https://github.com/jserodio/rg351p-ppsspp-settings/ You would put the .ini files in psp/ppsspp/PSP/SYSTEM/ on the second SD card (you may want to make a backup of that folder first). This doesn't cover every game but, for those it does, it will provide the best available performance. This is what we do.

there's a github page that has a decent compatibility list for psp games that run on the 351 series and some of the setting you'll want to use for certain games

For PSP emulation, I recommend using the PPSSPP-GO emulator, and utilizing the per-game configuration files from https://github.com/jserodio/rg351p-ppsspp-settings/

As for the rig, it's I found this page, traced over the body assets with some tweaks and used sprites to add the mask and hair, in a similar way to how game itself handles uber hero's mask rotation.
