Got laid off as a data analyst. It's hard to feel like I'm worth anything now
content-wise your resume looks totally fine. if you want to refine it a bit, you can use something like resumake or another latex editor to make it a bit shinier. you might also want to add a list of technology/frameworks you're proficient with. but really, I think you could get a job with this resume as-is

You can use resumake.io and select one of the templates from there. Personally I like the default template, tends to be able to fit more content and has nice spacing between sections and bullet points.

I can't change my job and it's so frustrating
I'd strongly recommend paying someone the 150 bucks to write your resume professionally - if you can't afford that, I would recommend resumake.io for fairly simple machine readable templates.

Good resources for resume/ CV template?
I second this, LaTeX is so nice for resumes and from my experience work really nicely with ATS systems. I personally use https://github.com/jakegut/resume which is a really popular one.
